TL;DR
Switch 1 OLED tweedehands (€230-280) = beste prijs/kwaliteit voor 99% van Switch-spelers in 2026. Switch 2 (€459+) alleen als je vroege 4K-adopter bent of GameChat per se wilt. Bibliotheek + backward compatibility maakt het uitstel naar 2027 verstandig.

€230-€280 voor een OLED met betere schermkwaliteit dan basic Switch 1. Speelt alle 15.000+ Switch games. Nintendo blijft 2-3 jaar games maken voor originele Switch (zoals 3DS na 2017-launch Switch). Voor 80% van de Switch-content in 2026 is dit de slimste keuze.
Wacht niet op Switch 2 als je nu wil spelen. Switch V2/OLED is volwassen platform met >100M units en huge catalogus. Switch 2 komt 2025 met backwards compat (officieel bevestigd door Nintendo) — jouw Switch 1 cartridges blijven dus werken. Mijn advies: Switch V2 of OLED nu kopen (€180-290 tweedehands), volle library spelen, Switch 2 pas overwegen als specifieke launch-title jou trekt. Vroege adopter-prijs Switch 2 wordt €399+.
